The Mathematics department invited two alumni – Mr Vikas Rathi and Mr Shaliesh to speak to students on opportunities in the field of actuarial sciences and government service in India . As both of them are friends, it was an interesting conversation as both fall at two ends of the spectrum in terms of professional arenas. The students were engrossed in their down to earth style of conversation and learnt useful tips on how to succeed after college life.
